From lab simulations to field tests, you will drive the testing, verification, and continuous improvement of our systems. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Your Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform<strong> board bring-up<\/strong>, debugging and validation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test and debug <strong>firmware<\/strong> in both lab and <strong>field environments<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and implement<strong> automated test systems<\/strong> for long-term endurance testing<br \/>Use professional lab equipment such as <strong>oscilloscopes, VNAs, signal generators, spectrum analyzers<br \/><\/strong>Simulate analog and digital circuits and full systems using industry-standard tools<br \/>Review <strong>schematics and PCB layouts<\/strong> according to IEEE norms using EDA software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply Design for Manufacturing principles, considering production constraints, cost optimization, certifications, and supplier coordination<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create <strong>3D mechanical models <\/strong>and functional prototypes for MVPs and manufacturing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Your Profile<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree in <strong>Electrical Engineering<\/strong>, <strong>Electromechanical Engineering<\/strong>, or a related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong theoretical and <strong>hands-on knowledge in hardware development<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid understanding of <strong>radio communication<\/strong> <strong>technologies<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in <strong>Python (scripting)<\/strong> and <strong>C++<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with <strong>PCB design<\/strong> and <strong>EDA tools<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiar with <strong>DFM principles<\/strong> and hardware certification processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Nice to have<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience with <strong>narrowband wireless technologies<\/strong> like LTE-M, BLE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with <strong>Nordic chipsets<\/strong> (nRF91x, nRF54)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Embedded software knowledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skills in <strong>3D modeling<\/strong> (e.g., Fusion 360, SolidWorks)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with simulation tools such as <strong>Matlab<\/strong>, <strong>SPICE<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in English; German is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Permanent <\/strong>full-time contract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Competitive compensation package<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flexible working hours<\/strong> and self-directed projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>An agile, cross-functional, international team<\/strong> with flat hierarchies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purpose-driven work in a company that values sustainability and innovation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plenty of room for your <strong>ideas and initiative<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Our Culture<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At AXO, we believe in diversity, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
